Returns Policy for A Holiday Keepsake

At aholidaykeepsake.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Returns Policy applies to all products sold on our website.

How to Request a Return

To request a return for any product, you MUST contact us first by emailing support@aholidaykeepsake.com.
Do not ship any item back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  You have 15 days from date of delivery to request a return.. Any requests made after 15 days will be denied.

When you contact support, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A clear description of the issue

Required Photos or Videos

After you contact us, we may request photos and/or videos of the item(s).
You must respond to our request and provide the requested photos or videos within 24 hours.
Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in your return request being denied.

Refunds Are Not Guaranteed

Even if you contact support@aholidaykeepsake.com and provide the requested photos or videos within 24 hours, a refund is not guaranteed.
We will review each request individually and determine the appropriate resolution (refund, replacement, store credit, or denial) at our sole discretion.

Personalized Items – Heirloom Collection Ornaments and Similar Products

Personalized items, including but not limited to our Heirloom Collection Ornaments, are made specifically for you.

  • These items WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
  • If an item arrives damaged, we MAY offer a replacement at our sole discretion, provided you contact support@aholidaykeepsake.com and respond to any photo/video requests within 24 hours.

Replacement Item Timelines

Replacements may take up to 21 days to process and ship to the customer and we will keep you up to date on that process if a replacement has been deemed the correct option for you

Additional Notes

  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we determine otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
